Kit RapidMounting EVO! – INTERMEDIATE 9mm bushings (TMKITM9)

Please NOTE: The sharpening of both setting bore cutter and reaming cutter for counterblock may be reduced depending on the composition (materials and additives) of the GearBox of different brands. To maximize the working life of the cutters, we recommend to watch all the tutorials relating to the use/maintenance of the Kit and to not force the cut, if during the operation, you realize that too much force is needed to complete the job.

The RapidMouning EVO! – INTERMEDIATE 9mm bushings Kit consists of:

- n°6 complete knobs for the extraction/assembly of the bushings (5 standard knob and 1 knob dedicated for the bushing under the selector plate),

- n°6 1,00mm shimmings for the knobs,

- n°1 specific glue dispenser for fixing the bushings (we recommend storing the bottle at temperatures between 5°C and 12°C),

- n°1 cutter holder insert,

- n°1 9mm reaming cutter for counterblock bushings,

- n°1 9mm setting bore cutter for bushings.

The complete reamers can be mounted on the manual handle of the RapidMouning EVO! Kit, on pillar drills and on non-professional electric drills, but it’s always recommended to not exceed 280 RPM to carry out a safe operation. To avoid excessive overheating, we also recommend applying a few drops of mechanical oil on the affected part and constantly clearing the seat from processing residues.
